Ingredients

5-10lbs Dagu peeled

2 1/2 cups flour

2 1/2 cups water

4-6 young coconut grated

1 cup sugar


Cooking Instructions

1. Grate Dagu in large bowl

2. Add flour,water,young coconut and sugar

3. Mix thoroughly

4. Shape dough into small round balls

5. Drop into the hot cooking oil and fry about 10-15 min.

6. When donuts are golden brown remove from oil, drain off excessive grease on paper towel :-)
