Ingredients

Second Time is a CHARM! Thanks Judy Fernandez Dillinger for the recipe HOWEVER I had to change the measurements, the 1st batch was too pungent and too sweet. After I ate it I got HOMESICK! Missing everyone back home! Happy New year GUAHAN!

Here is my tweaked recipe: PUTO
1 1/2 TBS Coconut water then add water to make 1 cup.
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 TBS Baking powder

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and pour into silicone molds, steam for 15-20 mins till the top park has a little crack/indentation
