2-3 lbs. Ground beef
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
5 Garlic cloves minced
½ Large onion chopped
1 Can coconut milk
Juice of 1 fresh lemon or lemon powder to your taste
2 Cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 Cups Fresh long or green beans
Salt, Pepper and garlic powder to taste
Cook & brown ground beef. Drain liquid and set aside.
Sauté oil, garlic and onions 2-3 min. in stock pot.
Add ground beef into stock pot. Add beans, cook until tender.
Add coconut milk, simmer for 5 min.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Taste to make sure flavor is to your liking then add tomatoes.
Serve over white rice and hot fenedene.

Are you sure you mean 5 cloves of garlic and not 5 toes of garlic? 5 Cloves is an awful lot of garlic.
