1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cups milk
Oil for frying pan
4 to 5 ripe bananas, thick
3 to 4 sugar

Cooking Instructions

1. Sift the dry ingredients together.
2. Add the milk and mix to form the batter.
3. Peel and slice the bananas in half. Dip the banana halves in the batter.
4. Heat oil in pan to medium heat and fry the bananas until brown on both sides. Serve hot or cold.
