1 on 1 Kim-chi base and white vinegar
Sugar, to taste, or optional
Cucumbers, seeds removed
Daigo' (Japanese yellow daikon)
I make mine with one to one Kim-Chii base, white vinegar. OPTIONAL: Sugar to taste. I usually remove the seeds from the cucumber so it stays crisp longer (cut lengthwise about 2 inches), daigu is also cut lengthwise about the same size. Gof Mungi !!
