Ingredients

My simple red rice recipe:

If you don't have Achiote' use SAZON GOYA A UNIQUE SEASONING(Con Culantro Y Achiote) in a box.

Experiment first..... to see if it turns out right (good).

4 - cups off uncooked RICE (wash and drain)

Chop your ONIONS (not too much), onions is optional but goes good with the rice

1 - teaspoon VEGETABLE (or SALAD) OIL

1 or 2 - teaspoon of SALT (not too much)

Cooking Instructions

You can use a rice cooker to cook your red rice.

Take your washed RICE, put into pot and add your WATER 4 cups to even up with your rice..... or you can add 1/2 more water so your rice will not be dry.

Add your SAZON GOYA seasoning 2 packs (since you used 4 cups off rice) into your rice and water

Throw in your ONIONS, optional

Now pour in your 1 teaspoon off VEGGIE or SALAD OIL
STIR all your ingredients in the pot and place your rice cooker pot in.

PRESS button to start the rice cooker.

Give the rice time to cook, not fully cooked..... you need to stir half way thru it's cooking to even out the favors in the pot.

Once you do that, you can stir again before it fully cooks.

If the color is not to RED or ORANGE, you can put in another pack.

I HOPE I HELPED IN SOME WAY, it seems like a lot off process but once you get the hang off it...... you'll be a pro making RED RICE with GOYA! ENJOY! si, Es
